Items can be returned within 7 days.

RETURNS AND RULES
When will the amount be refunded to my account? Returns are processed within 5 to 10 business days. When your return has been processed, you will receive an email from us to the registered email address confirming that the amount will be refunded. You will receive the return amount within 10 working days in the same way as you paid.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, complete and in their original packaging.
If items are damaged or incomplete, an amount will be deducted.

RETURNS BY POST
Add the reason entered to the package and send the package via Post.nl
Drop off your package at a post office (locations: www.postnl.nl)
Keep the Track & Trace number to track your package.
Also send the Track & Trace code to  info@dutchperfume.eu
As soon as the order has been returned, this will be confirmed to you by e-mail.
REFUND BASED ON PAYMENT METHOD
Your payment will be refunded within 10 working days (calculated from the moment your return has been processed). As soon as your return has been received and processed, you will be notified by e-mail.

Credit card: the purchase amount is automatically transferred to your credit card

iDEAL: the purchase amount will be automatically transferred to the relevant account

LEGAL WARRANTY
The legal guarantee applies to purchases from the webshop of annual decoration. Legal guarantee means that the article must offer what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. There is no legal framework for this warranty, as consumer expectations may vary from item to item
