WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Keep an eye on our website for current delivery times. There may be longer delivery times around the holidays, please keep this in mind. Orders placed from the Netherlands before 4:00 PM will be received within 2 to 4 working days. Usually the package arrives within 2 days. During the busy Christmas period it may take longer than usual. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code, which you can use to track the package. We will inform you separately about the delivery date for international deliveries outside Europe. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.
WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS CAN I CHOOSE?
When ordering, you can choose from the following delivery options: Home delivery within the Netherlands by POSTNL/DHL/DPD – € 6.75 per order Parcel point POSTNL – € 5.95 per order Pick up Delivery is made on Monday to Saturday and in busy holidays and sometimes on Sundays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. 
DO YOU ALSO DELIVERY ABROAD?
We ship to countries within Europe. The additional costs are automatically calculated at checkout. We can also deliver outside of Europe, but please contact us first about the shipping costs.
WHICH COURIER WILL DELIVERY TO MY PACKAGE?
Deliveries within the Netherlands are provided by POSTNL/DHL/DPD. POSTNL is our main delivery person. Deliveries in Belgium are made via POSTNL and the rest of Europe via POSTNL/DHL/DPD.
CAN I HAVE THE PACKAGE DELIVERED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
At the delivery address you can enter a different address where you want to send the order. The invoice for the order sent to another address (as a gift or for other reasons) will be sent to the email address entered in the billing address. Is it possible to pick up the order? Unfortunately it is not possible to pick up your order.
IT LOOKS LIKE MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. WHAT NOW?
With the Track & Trace information you can see where your order is at the moment. The package may have been delivered to the neighbors or placed in an alternative place around the house (applicable if you have indicated this by the delivery service). Didn’t find the package? Please contact our customer service: info@dutchperfume.eu and we will try to help you as best we can.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES IF MY ORDER GOES TO A COUNTRY OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION?
For international shipments to countries outside the European Union, import duties, levies and customs costs may be due. These are levied once your package reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient
